Polyester fiber liner with a sewn seam and PUR coating. A thinner, extra-flexible, and easily installed liner with an 18% undersize, which provides excellent results in bends. Suitable for storm- and wastewater pipes with numerous bends up to 90°, and where the existing pipe is expected to withstand external loads.
Thickness: 3 mm (dry felt)
Thickness approx. 2.2–2.5 mm when cured at 0.5 bar pressure
Withstands heat curing up to approx. 60°C.
ALWAYS protect free ends with e.g. calibration hose to prevent excessive radial expansion.
Keep in mind that thin liners cannot handle all load cases, please consult us.
