Polyester fiber felt with stitched seam and PUR coating. A flexible liner suitable for renovation of storm and waste water pipes with dimensional changes. Can handle bends up to 90°.
Thickness 3,5-4,0mm (dry felt)
Thickness approx. 3.0mm. when cured at 0.5 bar.
Thickness approx. 3.0mm. at max. dimension cured at 0.5 bar.
Heat curing at nominal diameter: Max. 80°C.
Thermosetting at Max diameter: Max. 60°.
Use calibration hose at higher temperatures.
ALWAYS protect free ends with e.g. calibration hose to prevent excessive radial expansion.
Keep in mind that thin liners cannot handle all load cases, please consult us.
Original packaging: carton with 100 meters. Roll of 50 meters.
